We knew exactly what we wanted and the gentleman pointed us in exactly the right direction. He gave us advice without being over pushy and left us to decide but was there for any questions we had. When we had decided he placed our order and took payment very efficiently. We were very impressed with the service we received.

We talked through our requirements and were given numerous options, all supported with product information and guidance on what would work best for our needs. As we did not have much experience looking at beds and what mattress suited us best the staff helped us understand what they would recommend and showed a selection of mattresses that met our criteria. During this time they explained the differences between them, the price levels and quality. As we looked around at the various styles we were directed to the various sections based on the fabric quality and headboard selection.
