Two young lads delivered beds on agreed date. They took beds up and said all done. Some time later I realised the mattress had not been delivered. In my phone calls chasing this up not once did anyone apologise. I am left with nowhere for my son to sleep. The store did get back to me but said unlikely to be dealt with today. The reason I ordered when I did is because I start a new job on the 2nd Sept and no one will be available for redelivery. I am so frustrated with this.

I waited in your Newbury store, having selected the mattress we wanted, whilst an employee dealt with another customer. We were close to the desks and when the customer left, the employee went on to have a conversation with another employee, leaving us standing there with no acknowledgement of us even standing in front of them. We them walked out of store and drove to Abingdon, where we were greated with a friendly welcome and dealt with straight away. Totally different shopping experience to Newbury!

Your staff didnt bother to get your customers correct email address and have been sending me emails which should have been sent to her

Poor product knowledge from the lady in the Abingdon store we spent 45 minutes with her choseing 3 new mattress for our children we needed a thin mattress for a top bunk then another 2 single mattereses for the bottom bunk and a single bed we were assured we had the correct ones for the bunk bed that dreams stock! When they were delivered they didn't fit the bottom bunk then to be told by the store we couldn't come back to the shop to exchange even though it was still all wrapped up and that they had the one we required in store ready to take away after explaining the whole situation that it was the fault of the sales person not ours and explain was that my 7 year old daughter had no matteres to sleep on now !!! I was told to ring customer service I basically got the same response " there's nothing we can do apart from exchange it in 5 days time!!" Even tho I have offered to go out of my way to get this sorted so now I have had to purchase another mattress and wait for the other one to be picked up Saturday absolute joke!!! I have spent a lot of money with dreams about 6k over the last few years not any more!!!!

have to wait 6-8 weeks-----but have to pay now the ordering on line didnt work with paypal free delivery on line but not from shop-----your stores depot is at High Wycombe and i want the bed to go nearby to Beaconsfield you had a discounted mattress in the store ,the price changed according to the price of the bed (my daughter changed her mind on the bed she wanted and that changed the discount on the mattress If i had ordered the bed on line i would not have got the mattress at discount in store. I have to collect the mattress separately immediately long before the bed arrives . The Guys in store were excellent---but my experience was a nightmare

I had very good service from Chris and Sam, they was polite and they was very knowledgeable about a mattress i was interested in, to the point i ordered one there and then.
