The new system for finance did not work. You can get finance from 18 years of age but the address says you have to be living there for three years since you were 18. Even though I am 20 and have lived at the same address for 17 years it would not complete the form. It was resolved as quickly as possible by using the old Barclays system.

Overall good experience the additional costs of guarantee etc. were very high considered the price of the goods.

The person helping us decide which products was excellent given the limited stock available in comparison to the products as detailed on the website. It would be ideal if you could select the store you are intending to visit, and then the website gives a list of the products available at this location.

We had to wait a while for assistance.

Fairly limited choice in the type of bed I wanted

Sadly the furniture range which I have purchased from you twice before is no longer on display and I really would have liked to see the large drawer unit for my peace of mind, but ordered anyway against pictures on the screen.

At times, we did feel we felt the salesman was offering us products which we hadn't asked for example pillows, duvets etcetera when we had only gone in to buy a bed.

Felt like a sales experience

The colleague I bought the bed from previously was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, etc. The colleague who sold me the headboard seemed quite aloof and unapproachable. Wasn't particularly friendly or helpful.

I was satisfied with my visit. The store was under going a refit.
