The experience was entirley satisfactory

Only reason was the wait for someone to be available to help and lack of acknowledgement. Once seen the service was very good.

I feel that I may have been hustled into buying an extended warranty as part of the sales"package". I have now cancelled this through the Administrator. I think that such extended warranties should be offered plainly and simply as a completely separate and optional financial service product.You may wish to look into the training of your sales staff in Abingdon to avoid any possible suggestion of miss selling of an insurance product to older customers who may be easily confused,as I was,if such products seem to be part of a "package".

Item required available and helpful and efficient staff.

I think you need more staff on duty. There were only two on - Hermione Howson was serving us and another lady was dealing with a maintenance man. A disgruntled customer came in and immediately interrupted Hermione as she was explaining the various options to my wife and I. So we were left while she dealt with the other customer and then had to call the other staff member away from the maintenance man so that she could return to us. I appreciate that the main issue was the rudeness of the other customer but a third staff member might have avoided the issue.

Was more than happy with my visit ?

The man called St Clair did not seem that interested and due to a power cut in the store we were unable to comets our purchase I initially and no apology was given just told to call in the morning so I called another store and got a better deal

The experience in store was great, but the product will not be delivered until next Saturday. Until a job is complete, I will not give top marks!

Small range available at shop and magazine did not have prices so difficult to find on the attached sheet.

the new system for finance did not work. we had to start over with the old system adding time on to my day.
