The shopping experience and assistance rendered was as I would expect from a specialist store. The staff were friendly and sought to understand our needs and explain the options available. I'm unable to comment fully on the quality of the product as we are awaiting delivery. I find it difficult to award any store a 'highly satisfied' rating as this would suggest an experience beyond normal expectations. had there been a choice of ten degrees of satisfaction in the survey I would probably have rated the experience as 9/10 for in most categories.

We were very satified because we didn't feel under preasure to buy.And the assistant was very knowlegbable about the products.Even offered tea.

I think the explanation of types and levels of quality of various beds and mattress could be better or more logically explained to the the customer when browsing, including the prices on POS. When we spoke to Sam, the Dreams member of staff who helped us, all was explained and described well, however until this happened we were a bit confused. It would have been nice to have wandered around a bit on our own first and start to make some decisions rather than spending this time trying to work things out. Whilst their were some lovely touches like biscuits for the kids etc, a felt the shop itself could do with a bit of sprucing up and colour etc to raise it to a more premium, 'highly satisifying' shopping experience.

There were no computers available to place the order immediately so it was written out on paper and total price completed using a calculator. It may be worth investing in tablets to place orders which are straightforward if computer stations are not available.
