I was a little disappointed the sales staff had very limited flexibility to offer a good deal. Only 5% was offer, which was disappointing. This lack of flexibility meant that we did not purchase a mattress, which we were hoping to do so on this visit. We will have to look at other shops to seek a better deal or wait of the mattress we want to come on offer. If they had offered 10-15% discount we would have bought the mattress on the same day.

First went to the Cowley dreams - the lady on Friday the 9th of September was very pushy. I explained I had a small budget I'm 21 and work a full time job but can't afford for £1400 mattresses. We then went to Abingdon dreams after nearly being put off buying a bed all together. Sam was a delight and I ended up buying the bed which I'm really excited for. Thank you to Sam for going that extra mile you absolute diamond!

We were offered a free pillow with the purchase of a mattress. When viewing the bill, £49.99 had been added on. We were then told that we had to purchase one to get a free pillow. This was not mentioned at all beforehand. This seemed a very underhanded and deceitful way to treat a customer making such a large purchase and was clearly a bid to sell more units.

Not much difference in shopping on store as to online as the product range on show was not huge

I was satisfied, everything went smoothly and quickly. Just nothing that gave me the wow factor. It was all standard.

Prompt and friendly staff. Offered tea and coffee which i was not expecting! Plenty of choice and a clear explination of the colour coding system which allowed us to understand what we liked which was a really good idea. We spent a long time in the store, past closing (unknown to us at the time) and the staff didnt mind at all

Third bed bought in as many weeks, whilst recognised by Hermione, might have expected a bit more discount.

I was highly delighted to find the perfect bedroom furniture at a very good price, but the bed I have chosen was not available to order as there was only one left which was on display in store. The assistant will ring me on Monday to tell me if I will be able to purchase this. I will be most disappointed if it is not for sale. I was more than satisfied with the help I was given by Sam in the Abingdon store who was very pleasant and friendly.
