cant be highly satisfied because the price we paid was not the first quoted

I visited Dreams to purchase a new mattress and bed frame. I found a mattress I really liked however I could not find any bed frames that suited the style I wanted and was in my price range. Other than this, everything was great.

The experience within the store was satisfactory and we were allowed every opportunity to sample the types of mattress that we were interested in without undue interference from the salesperson. Only minor comment would be that the mattresses were spread out across the store and for us, it seemed more logical to have the mattresses arranged by order of firmness, with various types of mattresses (sprung, part sprung/part memory, tempur etc) within the relevant grouping. This would have enabled a direct, back to back, comparison without having to travel across the store. The main downside was that despite there being a number of stores in our area, we would have to travel over 30 miles to look at the actual bed that we wanted to purchase. With at least two stores within 15 miles of our address, it should have been possible to view our selected bed at one of these stores. As this was a purchase for my 11 year old daughter, she was prepared to take the risk on the bedframe without seeing it. I am not sure that I would have done the same.

Sam was excellent and he fully deserves a Highly Satisfied review for the experience we received upon our visit. However there was some miscommunication with another member of staff when we initially go there who couldn't seem to understand what we wanted. Sam however stepped in, gave clear information and ran us through the sales process.

Quck helpful service. Not to pushy but knew a sale when someone was ready.

We ideally would have liked a quicker delivery, other than that we were highly satisfied across the board. Sam, who assisted us, was highly knowledgeable and understood our needs.

Tried very hard to sell but a little robotic. Could of tried to relate more to our needs as we were open to suggestions from the professionals. We visited the shop to buy a bed and could of up sold easily as wife would believe anything a expert suggests. Give the store some credit as we spent £1350 but could of been much more. I'm a retailer by trade so always paying interest to the service.

Service was good but not outstanding so satisfied

They were not able to deliver for another two and a half weeks. Although I was really happy with the service and knowledge of staff over all, I feel they deliberately held back on the information about delivery dates until I was committed to purchasing with them. I would recommend that colleagues are more transparent regarding possible delivery dates BEFORE the customer has paid.

Everything was very satisfactory, we found the product we wanted and the staff member was very helpful
