Store was going through a refit so it was very messy

There was an issue with the first delivery date where they didn't turn up and I could not get through to the store to find out what happened. Had to phone dreams customer service. Also when the bed did arrive it turned up damaged and the store passed me straight to customer services rather than dealing with me. Very poor.

I felt that I could have been given more reassurance and time by the team I hoped for more delivery time slots and a discounted price to be offered by the team

I was given some misleading information suggesting that mattresses were included in the price of the beds when they were not.

No reason.. I just think highly satisfied is a strong statement The service I received at dreams was great.. fantastic! nothing wrong at all and the hot chocolate was lovely.. thank you

Not enough really good reductions in the sale, not enough to choose from and most reduced items were still very expensive.

Nothing is perfect: I am either satisfied of not. There are no grades of satisfaction.

I received the assistance that I needed and then was left to decide and mull over the products further before making a final decision.

Had to go and find assistance as nobody on the 1st floor

Would have liked more information on inside of mattress, more help with which one to choose. Explanation of the varying prices what you were getting for the extra money
