We placed our order on Sunday paid £1000 deposit and I returned to store to set up the finance on Monday during this visit I was advised as I’m military I could’ve saved 10% on my order rather than the measly 5% the guy gave as you can imagine on an order of such high value 10% would’ve made it a little better for myself and my wife

ALWAYS ways of improvement and I guess it was based on our previous visit when we purchased 2 double beds. We seemed to get a lot of freebie extras but this time when anything was suggested it was a straight no.

Chris our advisor was very patient and informative. Have not given highest satisfaction score, as have not received product so am unable to confirm. Pleased with the assistance and advise we were given-and the good cup of coffee!
