I was satisfied but your prices could have been more flexible if someone buys 2 beds and 2 mattresses

I looked on line before my visit and decided what I liked but there was no sign of the items in store

Delivery time too long. I asked for March 6th delivery and soonest offered was March 11th.

It was an average experience

Nothing to compare it with as this was first shop I went to - suppose as didn’t go elsewhere I was highly satisfied!

Product not available to view in store. Long wait for delivery 5to 7 weeks.

It was very hard to find a member of staff, as there was on 3 people serving to the amount of people in store waiting and having the same trouble having to go and find staff.

I knew what I wanted to but having seen the item on the internet. I went into the shop just to look and complete the purchase
