Sam was one of the most delightful sales persons I have ever come accross. He is a natural! He has a great sense of humour and he coffee was great! He was exremely knowledgeable regarding the bed I needed and it did not take long to arrive at the right choice of bed for me. I would certainly visit your Abingdon Store again even if it is only to pop in and say hello. Thank you

The assistants were knowledgeable and courteous. The product was competively priced. Delivery was prompt and the drivers were also pleasant and cheerful. We think the product will suit the purpose which is occasional use for guest bedroom. We have not tried out the bed yet but have guests at the weekend so will check their comfort then. Only thing not so keen on is the centre leg under the frame seems a bit naff and will make moving the bed if necessary awkward.

Helped choose between which mattress we needed, helped with the forces discount. Didn't Hassel us, gave us room to decided.
