Darren listened to what I needed, did not pressure me into something I did not want and clearly explained everything to me.

As soon as I asked for help it was given in a comprehensive and knowledgeable way. I visited other stores around the area and was less satisfied, so I returned to Dreams to place my order.

Very good customer service. Great and personalised product knowledge. Efficient and prompt.

Sales representative was friendly and informative but wasn't pushy. Didn't feel awkward leaving and coming back after having time to think about my purchase.

We were made to feel very welcome in the store, with no pressure at all, Sam our assistant had very good product knowledge to help us decided what we needed. We were never rushed to make a decision and everything was really very well explained. I would be really happy to shop again at Dreams Abingdon a very happy friendly store, looking forward to receiving our two new mattresses.
