Dreams - Abingdon

we were very impressed with the staff at the abingdon store they were very attentive answered all our questions and more explained about the bed and matress differences the guy that served us was called sam the manager of the store was extemely helpful too the staff at abingdon were excellent couldnt do enough for you. However i went into the dreams store on the seacourt retail park in botley i was in their for twenty minutes their was no other customers in the shop and i looked around at no point during that twenty minutes did any one come over to us and ask if we were ok, they didnt even seem to know that we were in their they were deep in conversation, i was so appalled at the lack of service i left the store and they didnt even say good bye not a very good image of dreams, i was told by a friend who had a similar experiance at this store not to bother going in to the botley store but thought that she was exagerating. i think your staff at botley store need some lessons in customer service from your abingdon staff. luckily i gave the abingdon store a try otherwise you would have lost out to minty beds.

Friendly and helpful staff, good range of products

Assistant was helpful but not over intrusive giving us time and space to make the decisions

Sam (at the Abingdon branch) was excellent - friendly and knowledgable whilst giving us space to try mattresses and discuss on our own. We went beyond 6pm closing time and were not rushed at all.

We were advised the best sale period to come back and buy in and were given an ex display mattress at a great price

staff were keen to help but didn't put any pressure on us or rush us.they made sure we had all the information we wanted and explained the offers so we got the deal that was right for us.

I had searched online before my visit so my input was quite high but there were extras I learned, alternatives for utilising the base storage space the set up service and optional 10 year mattress guarantee. Also advice about any need to alter delivery date was helpful
