The store had exactly what we were looking for, at a reasonable price, and could be obtained in a number of colours. Although we had to order exactly what we needed, this was not difficult, and the delivery period quoted suited our needs.

Your colleague, Sam, is very helpful and spend time with us for our queries and needs. He also knows quite well about the range of products and is quite patient with customers. Also, he can advise the best deal for us.

Brilliant customer service in the Abingdon (Marchem) Store on Sunday afternoon. Knowledgeable and friendly advice from the lady who helped us (sorry her name escapes me) and a great proce for the product in the summer sale.

I was able to receive my bed the next following day after purchasing it, the staff member was extremely helpful and even helped carry the items to my car.

Good selection of beds, very helpful staff member (Sam). Fortunately a very quiet evening so he was able to spend plenty of time with us to help us select the correct mattress.
