Dreams - Abingdon

I thought Tom (Abingdon store) was BRILLIANT - I spent several hours in the store trying out beds and he was patient and above all very knowledgeable about the various mattresses, a really good salesman.

The problem was a delivery based issue. I had hoped due to my working hours and the fsctbinown a courier company that I may be able to collect from My local store the same day it would be dropped off there. Alas after the store manager made a few calls to the high Wycombe warehouse it became obvious company policy wouldn't allow it. So I sent a vehicle to collect it. Not a big problem

The sales assistant Sam was positive, enthusiastic, knowledgable and patient with us whilst we made our choice. His product awareness was excellent and he was not pushy.

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the sales team, support and advice on the store layout and how best to identify the product that best suited our need/budget. The ordering process was fast and efficient and included a great 0% finance product. Arranging delivery was easy and the 40 day comfort promise provided an additional layer of peace-of-mind.

I needed a basic double divan with a short delivery time - my needs were met very promptly.

We attended the store in search of a new bed and was greeted by store advisor sam and after we had chose our future bed he kindly helped in setting up the order fast and promptly.

Very helpful chap, very approachable and didn't force anything on us. very helpful with organising delivery and different options for the feet of a bed.
