Remembered me from my phone call the previous day. Very friendly as were all staff extremely helpful. Never felt under pressure by sales team

The sales person, Chris was excellent. He remembered me from a phone call I had made previously. Nothing was too much trouble - very happy indeed.

Salesman knew the stock well, wasn't pushy, gave us information and left us to browse when we wanted to. After the booking of the delivery etc we discovered that the wrong date had been put on the form. We rang the shop. The initial staff member talked a load of rubbish about how we must have booked that date etc and that there were no cancellations but when we asked to speak to our original sales person he sorted it out very efficiently.

We found the bed that we wanted easily, added a large ottoman drawer that we had not seen before and were told the bed would be delivered next week. Perfect

The staff member who helped us was polite, informed and efficient.

Hermione was friendly, approachable and helped me determine what bed was ideal for me. she took time to ensure that I choose the right bed and listened to what I wanted. I left feeling very happy with the service I had received and felt that Hermione had done a great job of helping me to decide on the right bed and accessories for me. I can't wait for it to arrive!

We found exactly what we wanted, the assistant Sam was great help giving us all the options and information we needed to make an informed choice on the right beds for us.

The staff were extremely helpful with all our requirements and most accommodating in trying to solve our particular difficulties. We were rather less impressed by the 4-5 week delivery time we were quoted particularly because we later found that John Lewis, who, admittedly, have a substantial contract with Spinks & Edgar who make the Flaxby beds, are seemingly able to deliver their mattresses and beds, at competative prices, within 7 days and in addition, their old mattress disposal are considerably cheaper than Dreams. That aside, Dreams are competent and reliable. We look forward to our new mattress.
