Hermione was really professional, she understood my needs, checked the computer system re my previous purchase to cross reference and came up with the perfect solution!

The staff were very helpful but not in our faces. They explained the products then left us to look round.

It was nice to not be jumped on as soon as we entered the store and were left to look around a bit until we looked up for assistance.

Lovely staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. My order was place quick and easy and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you dreams team.

The member of staff who helped me was so helpful. He was so polite. This was quite a big purchase for me and he gave me very good advice and at no time did I feel rushed. After a particularly difficult year I left the store knowing I had made a good decision and was looking forward to my item being delivered and also free of charge. Sam made us very welcome understanding the needs for my parents bed. Made sure my tiddlerr had a pink ballon and we were even offered tea and coffee!!! :) very friendly, Knowledgeable about all products. He really went the extra mile!
