Hermione was very helpful, as were other store colleagues.

We went in just to look. We spoke to Tom who was very knowledgable and helpful. There were computer issues with our finance agreement which were resolved by the next day. The staff have us a gesture of goodwill as compensation for having to go back. This was well above our expectations.

Sam, the assistant, was knowledgeable, understanding and the extremely helpful. He made the purchase easy.

I would like to thank Hermione and Sam for helping me find everything I required. I initially visited knowing what bed frame I would like, but needed to find a mattress suited to me. Hermione was quick to help and recommended some great products. She wrote down the information of the products I liked so I could go away and think. Upon return I met with Sam who not only gave me a great deal on the bed and mattress I purchase, I also ended up buying a duvet, 4 pillows and and mattress protector! The quality of products and customer service are fantastic in this store and should be praised. I am one very happy customer and have already recommended your products and services to family and friends. Thanks again.

Sam - the salesperson was very approachable and knowledgeable, and key, was not pushy or dismissive. We had specific items and budget in mind, and he did not try to aggressively up-sell.

Service and friendliness of staff was very helpful. The 40 nights trial time on mattresses is very assuring.

Tom was extremely friendly yet not at all pushy. He quickly understood our needs initially by just passing comment on a head board we were looking at. He spent over 30 minutes with us, leaving us to ponder our discussions where appropriate. His manner and professional approach were excellent throughout, leaving us to go away with a clear plan on the options available to us. I returned to the store 2 days later to complete the purchase, again greeted by Tom who remembered me. Very friendly and thorough in everything he did or said. Thank you we would certainly return here again in the future.
