Hermione was excellent! From the beginning she was friendly and approachable and at all times professional, she was never she pushy but always willing to share knowledge and really knew her products. If I had a sales team she'd be the first person I'd employ her!

Our sales assistant Sam was very welcoming on arrival but gave us the space to wander round the whole store interrupted. When we walked through the door Sam approached us to offer advice with regards to the layout of the store and the different options available. After this brief introduction, my wife and I felt able to choose beds from the wide range available, based on their specific characteristics that Sam had described fully. While Sam was incredibly helpful we did not feel hassled at all. I was really pleased that staff adopted a more friendly, casual approach to service, while being available to answer any questions that we had.

Spend less money on recommended product of interest, Chris did not push us for a sale and understood our needs and budget. Highly satisfied

everything was laid out to our satisfaction and we were not pressurised into buying anything but were allowed time to think out things about our purchase.

We were assisted by Hermione while we tried to decide which mattress and base was right for us. She was great and we actually enjoyed our shopping experience with her. After visiting another store to compare we decided that Hermione was more deserving of our business so we returned to place our order with her. She is definately a real asset to the Dreams store in Abingdon.
