Assistan very good explained things very well and very helpful store laid out well.

The Manager was very helpful and supportive We did need a new bed but when we entered the store we were just looking and did not intend buying a bed there and then. However the service and helpful advice we received helped us to make a decision to buy a bed.

Great customer service from the staff and they helped us find exactly what we needed making the experience smooth and enjoyable.

The Sales Advisor, Christopher, was very knowledgeable and made our visit to the store stress less and a good experience

having previously shopped at DREAMS we had no hesitation in going back for a purchase a new mattress for our guest room top service and every thing went as planned phone call prior to delivery hopefully our guest will have a good nights sleep

Items presented orderly, although number of springs per mattress is now rather confusing and the depth of the mattress was not shown, Store staff friendly, but I wait to see how the delivery goes. Application and order process seemed OK, with no problems.

No pushy salesperson, but very quick to help when we asked. Good explanation of products.
