I returned in several occasions to the store before buying. I took a while to decide whilst also asking for information from different people attending. I always felt I was getting an honest and sincere reply. They took the time to listen and understand my need and didn't feel I was being forced into a sale.. Very friendly and compromised team. When I later returned to finally purchase went to Sam who was who first attended me and guided me through the process

Chris was fantastic with providing excellent customer service. Very happy with my choice of bed and mattress. The store manager Tom was very friendly. I would definitely recommend your store to family and friends.

Everyone was very welcoming and smiling. The manager pointed out to me the mattresses I should try out after I had told him what type of mattress I was looking for and explained the differences between them. I was not rushed in any way whatsoever.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because I was approached as soon as I entered the store and was helped quickly and easy by a friendly employ every question I asked was not only answered I was shown as well I was in the store under a hour and got everything I wanted at a god price

your colleague Sam at the Abingdon store made my wife and myself along with our four year old granddaughter feel at ease. He described the different types of mattresses the colour coding system and then offered us a coffee which he went and made giving ourselves time to locate what we required and then he explained how the delivery system works and the available date and time slot which we were happy with as we sat down and made the purchase.

Very helpful. Allowed time and advice when trying the products.
