Dreams - Abingdon

Hermione greeted us when we set foot in the store and explained the different mattresses styles and beds to us. We left the store to shop elsewhere for a few hours and when we returned she remembered us and made our purchase extremely pleasant by answering all our questions promptly and explaining what our purchase would entail. She really put us at ease and made us feel like we were making the right choice.

I had come into the shop in an undecided state about my spare room after a recent downsizing. The young man let me wander for just long enough, then came to help, and gave sane and sensible advice without in any way pressuring me. Altogether a pleasant encounter.

Chris the sales assistant was very polite, had excellent product knowledge and managed to find us exactly what we wanted.

From the moment we walked in Sam was very welcoming,friendly and informative. He explained the colour system very well and then left us to explore. After that he listened to our needs and preferences and helped us get a great deal. We were really happy with our experience and our purchase.

This is the second time i am shopping at dreams (Abingdon outlet) and i was attened to my the same guy (Sam) he was very helpful and also cheerful. Assisted us with making our choices.

Friendly but not pushy customer service. Very clear explanation of types of mattress with easy to follow layout, making it very easy to come to a decision. Lovely quick transaction and speedy delivery time offered.
