I was greeted at the door and offered help straight away . Thomas was genuinely keen to help me , took time to understand what I needed and had great product knowledge . He had an approachable manner and was suitably friendly. All in all I was very impressed with the service I just hope the mattress lives up to my expectations !

Sam is what every salesman should be. I entered the store dreading the usual high pressure, in your face salesman, what I found was a man who listened to what I wanted, gave me the right advice and stayed on after the store closed to ensure I got the bed ordered and delivered when I needed it. There was no sense of urgency, just a calm atmosphere for me to browse at my leisure, get good advice (when I needed it) and an overall great experience shopping for my new bed. He truely is a great asset to your company. The bed has turned out to be great so far, the delivery guys were helpful and on time, even in the torrential rain at the time. Overall: 10 out of 10. Hermione greeted us as we arrived in the store and was very knowledgeable without being pushy. Highly recommend her.
