The sales assistant (Sam) was very friendly and helpful. Knew about the products and was helpful without being pushy. Did all he could to get us the best deal.

The store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us.

Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made us a coffee and talked us through the options. He didn't bat an eyelid as our two year old son ran around causing chaos. He didn't try overly to push us towards more expensive options and that meant I was more than happy to add some pillows when he raised that option! He was the consummate sales person.

Everything in the store was very clean and well presented, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, just a generally comfortable atmosphere. The cuppa was also very welcome!

Tom the store manager was so helpful, accommodating and had a complete knowledge of all products in the store. He offered his time happily and coffees at least 3 times !!, all staff were helpful, approachable and considerate of our new house / bedroom needs. We purchased 2 beds and mattresses, with Tom helping us select a head board which was on offer. We all like a bargain too! Thank you for a very easy shopping experience, in clean and pleasant settings with welcoming staff

Hermione was very helpful and had excellent product knowledge. She also allowed sufficient time to make us feel comfortable and not pressurised.
