The lady was very helpful but not too pushy.

This is the second bed we have purchased from Dreams in a year and we returned because of the high satisfaction with our experience of Dreams last time.

The sales assitant, Cassidy, was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and utterly professional in all ways. A pleasure to deal with and a credit to your company.

Went in on a quiet sunday afternoon with my partner, we felt very welcomed, had a little introduction to what the colours meant etc. Was told we could customise as we wanted I.e have the base with two drawers or four drawers etc. Was demonstrated how to lift the bed for underbed storage. Very pleased with the care and attention the store manager gave us. On the plus side, just so happen to go in on the day when a fantastic sale was on, so very happy with the price paid, and if the quality of the product is that of what was on show, then I am confident I will be pleased when we receive it. The products were well displayed and all priced. The confidence and helpfulness of the salesman was outstanding, when we had finished and I had left the store, I reflected for a moment on my purchase and the advice given, and was pleased that the decision to purchase was the correct one. I will definately return to this store when I am in need of bedding and associated products.
