Stclair was a lovely attentative person who even made a perfect cup of tea. He was covering the store by himself and it even wasnt his usual store but we would never have known as he made us feel very comfortable and had a lovely chat

You have a very wide range to chose from, your assistance are very knowledgeable as I am myself having been involved in the manufacturing of beds and mattresses . Assistance were also dresed smartly Which is one thing I look for when shopping.

I was undecided on what sort of mattress I should go for but the product knowledge your member of staff showed was second to none.

The Sales Assistant (Sam) was polite, attentive, offered us a drink, and knew his products. It made a refreshing change from some of the numpties serving in shops these days.

Hermione looked after us and was great, articulate, knowledgable and really listened to what we wanted - we never felt 'pushed' and she really treated us as people not just potential customers. The range of products in the store was superb, and we'll organised by colour band, all of which Hermione explained clearly. Accessories were also easy to find and well arranged. We had intended to trawl around several stores as we were planning to spend a significant amount, you guys were so good we never bothered, so not only did we get great service and what we wanted we also saved several other trips to different stores. Great job Hermione, great job Dreams!

Was asked if we needed any help and then left to look round the store without being pressurised. This to me, is what most people prefer.

Sam was very attentive to our needs and was able to provide useful and relevant advice on the distinguishing features between different mattresses

The female staff member, whose name I've forgotten, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The large screen computer screen helped us immensely. We knew what we wanted, as we had previously bought an ottoman bed last year for our daughter. This year, our son needed a new bed, so we returned to the same Dreams store!
