Buying a bed is a very complicated and complex process to ensure that you and your wife get it absolutely right. Both Tom and Sam gave their time, addressed our needs, and were extremely knowledgable about the products which made the whole buying experience a pleasurable one. At no time was there any pressure to buy. all questions we asked, and there were many, were answered factually with no flannel.From this experience we could not recommend Dreams more highly.

Luke who was a trainee was obviously interested in us as people and was keen to assist. We had many specific wuestions which were complex and rather try and guess the answer he sought advice from his supervisor. He thanked us when the order had been completed for giving him the opportunity to learn. A very pleasant young man.

The staff were cheerful, understanding and not at all pushy. Sam was able to offer new ideas and help us find the best pillows for us.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and we felt listened too. We liked the colour-coding system which let you know which style mattress each display was. Also, the staff didn't mind the children trying the beds too!
