The assistance offered for selection of the product was of the highest standard but the product we wanted to check(super-king with Ottoman) was not available to test ease of opening/closing.

Very friendly manager( Tom from Abingdon), no trouble explaining which was the best bed for us and no pressure to purchase. Offered us a nice cup of coffee when he was doing the paperwork and made us feel welcome in the shop

SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WENT IN TO STORE ON SPUR OF MOMENT TO PURCHASE BED WITH NO IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED AND HE CAME AND HELPED ME SELECT BOTH THE BASE AND MATTRESS WHICH MADE MY JOB VERY EASY.
