All staff in store (Tom and Luke) keen to answer my questions and see problems through. Customer Service less knowledgeable.

Excellent service from Sam. He spent a great deal if time exploring the options and reassuring us about Our concerns relating to whether the bed would be easy to assemble. Polite and professional throughout and he even made us a cup of tea because we took a long time to make up our minds!

The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the products was very good, even though time was getting on , and I was a bit concerned that I was taking up too much time due to closing time I didn't feel rushed to decide on my particular bed choices.

We travelled from newbury who didn't have the stock we needed. Abingdon was easy to get to and on a call before arriving staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival staff were friendly, helpful and quick to service my needs (I knew what I wanted when I arrived)

Although the store was not busy on my visit, the lady (Catherine) who welcomed me and looked after me took time to help and advise me on suitable choices. She gave me time to pick what i wanted and helped me order my choice. All round great experience.
