The Salesman was very helpful, friendly and professional. He quickly grasped what we were looking for, offered us tea and coffee and explained the process and insurance options clearly. Very pleased.

The staff member I dealt with was very helpful and guided us through the various choices available to me, along with ffering us a cup of coffee. All in it was a pleasent visit to the Dreams outlet at Fairacres, Abingdon

I am a repeat customer and the manager in the store remembered who I was which was really nice. Very friendly store with all of the staff and not too pushy either which I like. Really good service from start to finish on the sale. We have not received the goods yet, so I will feedback again when I do.
