Dreams - Abingdon

Every question I asked was quickly and clearly answered. I was not rushed into the purchase, so the whole transaction was hassle free.

We were welcomed to the store by a friendly and very helpful assistant (Hannah) who immediately offered us a drink even before she knew we would purchase anything. She was extremely helpful in assistanting us and our two children, even offering them a chocolate biscuit. She understood our requirements and suggested alternative products to meet our needs. It was a throughly pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams and particularly the Abingdon store to friends and family.

This is the fourth time we have been to Dreams and placed an order. Customer service is great in the Abingdon branch which is why we are repeat customers. We have never had any issues with any of the items we have purchased - hence the repeat custom!

We were welcomed to the store by Hannah, who asked if we needed any help. We said we would like to browse the beds on offer so she said to take as long as we wanted and offered us tea or coffee. As there were so many variables on choices, we asked for some help. Hannah explained/clarified different types of mattresses etc and was very patient with us as due to my husbands disability, it took time for him to try various beds. Hannah also recommended a special type of pillow which my husband found very good (we purchased one as well as the bed and headboard!).

Sam provided all the information I needed, explained every step of the purchase clearly, and looked after my 94 year old mother while I browsed the store. I wish every shopping experience could reach these standards.
