Dreams - Abingdon

We needed a mattress quickly and Hannah checked shop display availability and we got a mattress at a great price and got duvet and pillows too. Hannah managed this really well.

The sales assistant Hermione, at the Abingdon Store, was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the sale process.

My bed shopping trip was the most enjoyable I've had... the assistant Hermione was beyond excellent.. there wasn't anything that was too much trouble..she was knowledgable, very helpful and fun.. she made the whole experience a pleasure.. and I was thrilled with my purchase.. I had a friend with me and we were both treated to a coffee whilst the paper work was completed.. I will recommend Dreams and particularly Hermione to everyone I know

She helped by reaffirming the choices we had previously made, and was fully attentive to quickly sorting our payment preferences. First of all Sam, who was assisting us during the visit at Dreams was very friendly and approachable member of staff. He had knowledge and could give good advise which we actually used :) Came for duvet only, left with couple other items :) Prices could be a bit lower but still are within our budget. As for quality... so far we like it, we'll see how long it will last :)
