the experiences was very good because at Abingdon I can park very close to the entrance and the staff made the visit good for their smart appearance and polite manners together with being very helfull to us.

lovely lady called Hermione who served us was friend, knowledgeable and efficient. My husband who dislikes shopping even enjoyed the trip and we were both pleased with the bed and mattress that we purchased and the value. We are now waiting for delivery on 11 May. Would have liked it sooner if possible.

Hannah dealt with my enquiry & was more than helpful to try & ensure that I had covered all my criteria that I was looking for & by making amendments to my order she was able to bring it closer to my budget

I needed a new mattress, I really don't want to spend all day doing it. Hannah approached me with a smile as I entered the store, she listened to me then made suggestions. I made my selection which was within my budget and Hannah got on with the paperwork. I am pleased that my purchase will be custom-made in the UK. No fuss shopping does it for me every time. With help from staff I managed to find the exact mattress I was looking for. It just so happened to have a decent percentage off the asking price. I was then encouraged and helped to buy pillows and might return for the bed frame.

The shop was a pleasant environment, the store staff were helpful and friendly without being 'overly attentive'.
