Sam was careful to listen to me and made several helpful suggestions. He was patient but clear about discounts etc. He gave me a quote and I then went home and re-considered. He was just as happy to deal with me when I came back with a slightly reduced offer and still tried to find me further discounts. Great trouble was made to make me a drink too!

The sales assistant Sam was great not pushy informed him what we wanted tried the item.out he found what would be best even had a coffee made very welcome and at ease

Excellent customer service, friendly and very helpful

As we walked into the store Sam came to ask if we needed anything and advised what was available and also that warehouse stock was available upstairs. When looking at warehouse stock and looking between mattresses he advised where in the shop they were so we could try them. Extremely helpful without being too over the top and allowed us time to browse.

we were allowed to browse without being bothered but help was there when we asked for it.

The store manager "Tom" was excellent ,he listened to what we wanted and show us the products that he thought be suited our needs , Tom from Abingdon was excellent .

Great attention by the shop assistant

We were greeted on entry to the store and told about the different beds. then we were left to look around and decide on a bed.

The salesman was informative and helpful but I did not feel I was under any pressure to buy and felt I could take as long as I needed making a choice from the wide range of mattresses for sale. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly with an offer of tea or coffee to drink while I was there.

The whole experience of buying the bed and Mattress was enjoyable as Sam who served us made it a good experience
