I'd firstly phoned your Abingdon branch with a few questions before I made the trip. On arrival I was greeted by Sam who had excellent customer service skills. He had been passed on the information from his colleague who had now finished their shift. I was surprised and pleased that the information had been passed on as it made everything a lot easier. Sam is an excellent credit to your team! We left very happy customers!
