The staff was very friendly and was not pushy. He let us know he was available if we had any questions and waited for us to come to him before saying more. He also gave us time to go away and think about our purchase before completing it. The store was very clean and the range of beds available to test was good. Really enjoyed mattress testing

I was really satisfied with my experience at dreams today as I felt the store manager Tom who served me and my fiancé, was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. He sought to put us at ease throughout and looked to help us select the best bed for our individual needs.

First time I have visited Dreams and was impressed with the service and advice. I am waiting for my mattress to be delivered next Monday just 1 week after ordering. Saw the bed we liked straight away. An assistant came over to offer help. She was able to tell us all we needed and also showed us other similar alternatives. Also told us about insurance which was helpful. Placed order quickly and efficient and helped with arranging suitable delivery date.

The Sales Assisant in Abingdon (Hermione) was just a perfect Sales Assistant, she was polite, friendly, knew exactly what my needs were and also knew exactly where to find the products in the store. She was the best Sales Assistant we have ever come across, not pushy at all but very knowledgeable. I also ended up speaking on the phone to place my orders with her and she was very good once again.
