Staff very friendly and helpful he knew what he was talking about and sold us what we needed and all the options of paying.

On entering your Abingdon store we were greeted by Chris who asked us if we had visited a Dreams store previously and explained the lay out and advised on which products would be suitable for us to view and test on the basis of our requirements. He guided us through all stages of our selection process with a smile and helpful nature - including the offer of a drink (and made an excellent cup of tea!). Nothing was too much trouble. The sale process was conducted efficiently and with good humour. The visit was all round a credit to your company and your representative, Chris.

Highly knowledgable member of staff (Chris) who put us at ease, offered us drinks and didn't rush us at all into making a decision. He also made it easier for us to make the purchase that day by waiving the deposit for the finance and upon learning I was in the forces, told me I was entitled to another 10% off everything. Answered any and all questions we had well.

The salesman Chris at Abingdon was helpful, polite and knew what he was talking about and had knowledge of his products.

Tom at the Abingdon branch was amazing! He was hugely knowledgeable about the products, offered advice without being pushy, was super friendly and tolerant of our 2 year old running around and gave us a brilliant deal, for Christmas delivery (which we never thought possible this close!). Altogether a very satisfying experience. Thank you

our assistant who helped us , was friendly helpfull and very knowleable about all the beds we asked about , he told us all about the different matresses and ,gave us a pillow to go round and try them all ,left us for a while to try them out , which was nice to be left to compare the ones we liked , offered us a hot drink which was also a nice touch in store , u dont get all of this online , so very pleased and purchased a bed and was amazed how quick delivery will be , only a week to wait so excellent service all round .
