Vincent was a very pleasant, professional,and knowledgable person. He was very helpful but left us ample time to make our decision. He greeted us as we entered the store and offered us Tea or Coffee on several occasions. We found the store clean bright and very user friendly. Sadly the next day we had to change our delivery date, this was handled without problems. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Customer service was top notch, store was clean and well presented.

Kishon came to us straight away and explained all the different types of mattresses and asked us what we prefer. He was patient with us while we decided. Product knowledge was excellent. Wish the product we chose was a bit cheaper but we are looking forward to receiving it. Overall excellent experience
