Dreams - Enfield

Wayne, the salesperson, greeted us almost immediately when we walked in to store. We explained we were looking for a mattress for our daughter who has scoliosis. He immediately explained how the mattresses were colour coded and the differences between foam and pocket sprung. He offered us a drink whilst we were deciding what to buy. He encouraged our daughter to actively try the mattresses out and offered her a pillow to try too, which we ended up also purchasing. He dealt with the paperwork speedily for us too. He was very friendly and good with both the children too.

I found a bed that I liked but it wasn’t available in the colour I would like, so Debbie showed me all the beds which were available in the colour I wanted and with storage and I was able to find a bed that met all my needs. It was also cheaper than I was expecting having looked at ottoman beds elsewhere. I was then needing to find a mattress and Debbie asked me all the questions about my current mattress and what I wanted and showed me all the mattresses that were suitable. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She offered us drinks as well. She gave us pillows to test the bed. It was a great experience.

The lady was quick at receiving me and went straight to the point and knew where everything was which made my visit very easy and fast.

I was severed by vincent and Wayne both were very helpful and very friendly. Nothing was to much trouble very impressed.

We were met with a smile and our questions answered. We were guided throughout our purchase. Vincent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured in any way today. Highly recommend a visit to Enfield.

Product we looked at was high quality. We felt welcomed and not rushed with our decision making and not cohurst in anyway. Deborah in the brimsdown branch was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

The store manager vince was very approachable and didn’t put a hard sell on us at all (which would have put us off entirely) but instead was welcoming and very informative, but giving us the space and time to try mattresses out and discuss budget etc. A really good service.
