Extreamly satisfied with the service given to us by Wayne in Enfield branch, He is an asset to the company and was very knowledgable and friendly, he was patieant and helped us pick the right products that suited our needs. I will defiantly return to dreams again for more products.

Wayne was polite and friendly, I was purchasing a bed for my brother who has special needs. He included my brother in the conversation and couldn't have been more helpful. Had great knowledge of the products making our visit so much easier.

We were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams, our sales advisor Wayne was really helpful when helping us choose what mattress best suited us, he was clear and very knowledgable about all the different types. He greeted us as we entered the store and allowed us to browse whilst he went and made us a drink. He then promptly returned and grabbed us some pillows to test the mattresses. The purchase was quick and easy and we'd definitely return next time we need anything bed related.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Wayne who offered his valuable time and service in helping me find the mattress suitable for my needs. After I had tested different mattresses we then promptly proceeded with the process of the sale. I was offered a selection of delivery options which would be my only criticism of the overall service as the Saturday delivery slot can be anytime throughout the whole day which is a bit of a pain. I'm grateful on the one hand that the delivery service is within a week or placing the order which is terrific, however, a narrower time window on the Saturday would have been the icing on the cake. Nonetheless, lovely little store, easy to get to and to park, attentive members of staff and so overall very satisfied.

The manager was very helpful and explained our options and was very informative. Offered us tea and coffee and made us feel valuable

I was luckily on the week that I purchased the mattress as I had been looking for around a month before including Dreams store. Basically on the weekend that I was not working I looked again and found that the mattress had a 24 hours sale 30% off so from £850-30%=£594 then as it was a good deal for me, the store manager offered me a free topper -£24 if I was interested in taking out insurance, so I thought it was a good idea and purchased insurance for 8 year costing £65 total cost £659 + free topper

The salesman greeted me and helped me with the bed i was looking for. Also was impressed with the range of other products you stocked i.e pillows and other bedding. Also whilst i was browsing i was offered a drink which i thought was very nice

It was a first class service that I received.

Vincent was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and helped best fine what was right for us and at the best price he could.

We were served by Debbie, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would give her an A+++++++ for effort in making us comfortable. Super friendly and great advice, all info provided with a friendly approach, offer of a coffee and always a smile. A real asset to dreams! We did not feel pressured and like we being given the hard sell as we had in other outlets/branches we’d visited prior to our visit to this branch. Instead we we asked about our needs and preferences and advised accordingly, Debbie’s approach was perfect on hand to provide info, very knowledgable but also gave us space to make a decision, we were not rushed and the branch stayed open beyond closing time to give us a bit more time. As we were not from the area we nearly did not venture inside as roadworks and inadequate signage made it appear that access to the store was closed and possibly the branch itself was closed, a shame as sure other new customers would have thought the same.
