Sales person was attentive but not pushy. He had excellent product knowledge and listened to my needs.

Very friendly staff member, helpful and answered all questions we had to help us choose the right bed. Ordering and selecting a delivery date was a quick and easy process.

The Salesman Wayne was extremly helpful and had excellent product knowledge helped us choose the right bed for our requirements.and suggested a pillow which has helped my partners sleep experience. It was disappointing that the matress and devan were unavailble , had Wayne not be so helpful I think we would have ordered online perhaps from a different supplier.

The assistant was extremely helpful. I didn't feel rushed and felt totally at ease deciding what to choose with the expert knowledge of the sales assistant.

Debbie was super lovely and super helpful and did not push for a hard/ pushy sale (unlike the other member of staff who was working). If it was the other guy working serving us we probably would have walked out! Debbie was super helpful but still gave you time to look around and was informative without being pressuring.
