Great customer service, honest and helpful.

We were looking for a mattress. We were going round the whole shop prodding and looking at them. An assistant was available to offer help whenever we wanted. We chose a mattress and proceeded to order. Luckily he was very thorough in the exact composition of the mattress. It was acti gel with springs. My wife can't sleep on springs. Straight away he showed us some others and within a few minutes we found the perfect mattress.

Martin Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products. Martin a d his colleges were friendly and accommodating as we had our 18 month old son who h made the process a lot easier.

Three reasons: 1. The Sleepmatch facility was very useful guide 2. The range of products available to try out was very good 3. The Dreams colleague, Wayne Martin, provided exceptional customer service, I would like to commend him. He was attentive, helpful and engaging.

Wayne greeted us as we came in and offered a hot drink He gave us his full attention despite but also took time to speak to new customers who came in and explained who else could help them as he was with us at present He brought pillows to each bed we tried, demonstrated how to use bed frames, discussed colours, asked us what we wanted Then we tried sleep match and went through all options of mattresses, cool pillows, Helped and guided us with our choices on what we were happy with Very polite, attentive, professional, not too pushy, knowledgable and put us at ease His demeanour helped us in deciding to purchase today and not go away and think about itg Nothing seemed too much trouble to ask Excellent service in all aspects and made a hard decision seem easy to make A huge thank you to Wayne

What I found really satisfying was the time spent with assistances and time alone to discuss was a good balance. I didn’t feel bothered or pressured and was given the time to think and make my own choice.

The information given to us with regards to the products was very clear and concise in a manner in which we could understand.The sales assistant was very polite and professional in his approach. We liked the test at the beginning on the bed to access what type of bed we were looking for.
