Vincent was so knowledgeable about the beds in the store , suggested we use the new gadget in store that recommends certain mattresses for your sleep positions etc which helped us focus on medium /firm mattresses. Gave honest opinions on your products and wasn’t just recommending the most expensive items. Very attentive , made us a tea !!! A very good customer service experience .

Vincent the Salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable and had a good balance of knowing when to assist my husband and I and when to leave us to ponder our choices. He was friendly but also professional and really helped us to make our choice.

The salesman was highly knowledgeable, didn’t pressure us at all , offered us drinks and made a possible confusing experience relaxed and easy. Would definitely recommend and return.
