Dreams - Chester

Me and my partner went in to the store on Sealand Road in Chester. We were greeted by a young polite lady who welcomed us and asked if we needed any assistance. Very thorough knowledge of the products and different ranges etc. I am a very particular person who is a worrier if things aren’t to the T and I have never had customer service like it. I didn’t catch the ladies name but I was thrilled and have told many family members and friends about my fab experience at Dreams. Thank you and if this could be passed on that would be great as she is a credit to your business.

The sales person was most helpful right from entering the store right through to order and payment He was very warm and friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout the shopping experience

The cleanliness and hygiene measures in place at the Chester store for ourselves (and the staff) made us feel entirely safe throughout. By providing hand sanitizer, gloves, masks, our own pillow cases and protectors, it made us feel more at ease shopping in person particularly as one of us is classed as vulnerable. Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was on offer. He helped us to understand what it was we were looking for/needed. He showed us multiple options that fit nicely into our budget and listened to our feedback on each one to suggest other options that would suit us best. We didn't feel pressured to commit to a purchase there and then as all details of our preferences were given to us (although we did end up ordering as our minds were pretty set) and the overall price was excellent for quality products. The booking process for delivery was nice and easy, the free delivery was a wonderful bonus, and it means that we are able to get our new bed just in time for moving into our new property. We were also told how we could change it if we needed to. I was very happy to shop here and would definitely do so again.
