The member of staff Peter at the Chester branch was extremely helpful not pushy and very knowledgeable.

Jane was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and listened to what I needed. Any questions she answered fully.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and Peter understood what we wanted. I couldn’t believe how easy it was.

We were served by Peter at the Chester branch. He was friendly, professional, great at sales without being pushy. Was there when we needed him and knew when not to be peering over our shoulder too. Love the bed tester, very clever. It lovely to get a coffee too but would advise on maybe a better brand is all.

Graeme (store manager)at the store on the Greyhound shopping estate near Chester was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products. His advice was invaluable. He made me and husband feel comfortable while making a decision and did not try and rush us. We are very satisfied.

Graeme was really helpful, asked what we wanted and helped narrow it down really quickly as we didn’t really have a clue what we wanted or what was right, would highly recommend dreams had never been in before. Thanks, can’t wait to get the bed now!

The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Buying a new mattress can be a little daunting because of the vast amount of options you have and it's not something you do very often but the staff made us feel at ease and talked us through the differences.

The sales assistant, Carl, was extremely helpful during my visit to the store. He was particularly knowledgeable about the different mattresses and which type would best suit me.
