We were met by a very welcoming gentleman who listened to our needs and who offered us all PPE. This gentleman did not rush us, he took his time and showed us numerous beds of different build and his knowledge was exceptional. Not once did we feel pushed into a sale.

Felt very safe after making timed appointment, being met at the door by Emma and shown the hand sanitizer and other safety equipment. I loved the high tech bed assessment process and was pleased that all beds I wished to see were in stock. Emma was very helpful and professional throughout the visit and went out of her way to make this a safe and positive experience.
