Excellent customer service from Peter especially

We were greeted by peter at the store , he was so helpful and got me and my husband to lie on a bed to find out the right mattress for us both. We purchased our current mattress and bed from you 8 years ago and it’s still comfy as ever. Peter took us round a lot of options of the mattress that suited our needs and very helpful with helping us purchase a bed also. We had a very pleasant experience on our visit we left with what we wanted .

Arranged appointment on line to avoid the possibility of not getting in to shop. We were met by sales advisor Peter social distancing strictly met. Peter advise of mattresses type after using the mattress technology. Peter explained everything we wanted to know price makes and suitably for our needs
