Peter at Chester store was fantastic!! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel at ease. Needed to change the order so dealt with Emma from Chester on the phone - she was fantastic too! issue sorted quickly.

Staff were very helpful and very patient. I have autism so shopping can sometimes be a hard task for me, they took so much time to make sure I was 100% happy and made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was in the store for about 2 hours and never once did they get Impatient or annoyed, if anything they realised my struggles and helped more. I was very very happy with the staff. Pete from the Chester greyhound store was very nice and helped me, I sadly can’t remember the girls name but she was lovely .
