The assistant was friendly and helpful and was very careful to ensure where possible cleanliness was followed. She enabled us to find what we were looking for using everything available to ensure we found the most suitable bed for our needs. The only criticism I have is that the doors to the shop are not automatic meaning you have to use your hands to open and close the door.

We had a lovely experience finding our new mattress, Steph was very knowledgeable on everything we wanted also making sure everything was clean so that we felt very protected given the circumstances, and we found our perfect match in our new mattress, it was a delight to come shopping to Dreams and would highly recommend it to all our family and friends thanks you so much a very satisfied customer
