The gentleman who served me was knowledgable. He listened to what I was looking for and I didn’t feel pressured to buy.

Carl looked after me very well and explained everything so that I was able to make the right decisions I can’t comment on my purchase until it gets delivered but from what I saw in the showroom I don’t expect any problems Thank you Carl for your patience

Great service

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a friendly face and was taken over to the bed to take my stats and had a relax on the bed whilst I was made a lovely cup of tea. The gentleman was very professional and gave me lots of information and help as too which mattress to purchase. My delivery is due in 6 days (could of had 4 days but I'm away). A very enjoyable and relaxing experience. My friend rang to see what I was up to that day so I told her she went down to the Chester shop and ordered her new mattress the same day and had a wonderful experience just like mine

We were highly satisfied with our visit, Jane was absolutely fantastic and assisted us from the very beginning. She was highly knowledgeable and took our budget plus individual needs in to consideration. When helping decide what mattress would be most suited to our needs overall, Jane made the experience really easy and put us at ease from start to finish.

Service was excellent. No undue pressure was put on us. We were given time to look around. The lady who looked after us knew her stuff and took her time to explain. Very good.

We had never shopped for a mattress before so didn’t have a clue what we were looking for - Carl was super helpful identifying our needs and testing us on different mattresses until we found the perfect one! He made us feel super comfortable as lying on beds in front of strangers felt like a silly thing to do but we really enjoyed it and had a laugh whilst doing so. Carl gave us tons of information about sleeping and what our body’s need etc etc. very speedy order over the phone once we decided on what size we wanted and delivery & collections of pillows were very quick and easy! Thanks everyone for making our first shopping experience very easy and pleasant!
